Domdominion.com is very please to have discovered Artoonist Chainsaw Chuck at Erotica 2000 and to be presenting his original artwork on our site and at our You Do Voodoo Fetish Ball.
Chainsaw Chuck Majewski was born in Chicago in 1961. After a decade plus in the city, his family
was transplanted to the swampy wetlands of coastal Florida. Around this
time, his artistic sensibilities were beginning to crystalize. As a
result of too many hours watching Warner Bros. Cartoons, and The
Avengers (Diana Rigg/ Emma Peel rules!), reading underground comics,
drinking way too much coffee and hanging out at the beach "studying"
anatomy, his style began to solidify.
He then ventured into the world of
commercial illustration, advertising, aka the bottom of the barrel. His
technique, however improved. A small private collection of his personal
fetish work grew. These were his first steps as an "Erotic-Artoonist".
His first public showing of his Damsels in Distress series was at Miss
Berlin's EROTIK FETISH BALL at the legendary goth home, The Castle, in
historic Ybor City, FL. Chainsaw Chuck performed as a body painter
onstage. He also displayed his first watercolor studies and black and
white fetish illustrations.
He decided blindly to chase his muse, not realizing at
first that she was a latex-clad bitch (meant in the nicest way
possible). He followed his Desire to New York City. An invitation to
display and sell his work at EROTICA 1999 at The Javits Center, where he
showed 40 new black and white drawings and 6 new watercolored
compositions. This was followed by invites to fetish clubs, and really
cool dungeon gatherings. He started incorporating many of the latex and leather
fashions into his pieces and his women became more lively, and twisted.
After a long visit in the North East,(Mainly at his Connecticut, home
base: La Chateau, a great dungeon nightclub), he headed out to EROTICA
2000 in San Francisco where he presented his "Chainsaw Chuck's Kinky
Koloring Book" to a receptive kinky audience of pervs.
Currently he is visiting dungeon nightspots and fetish clubs with his
everpresent 3D Stereo Camera, gathering influence and inspiration for
another series of imaginative investigations of fetish and bondage
themes. Then, it's back to the drawing board.
