Artist Jaynee Levy-Polis is based in Piladelphia.

Jaynee Levy-Polis is a classically-trained artist with a BFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and an M.Ed. She has been exhibiting her paintings since 1968.

Her work has been included in many galleries and exhibits, including the Tzigane Invitational Exhibit at the Resurgam Gallery in Baltimore, and the High Wire Gallery, Synapses Gallery, Fetishes Gallery, CCC Gallery, The Art Place, DiVinci Art Alliance, Aslan Gallery and Ebullience Gallery, all in Philadelphia, Pa.

She is affiliated with Mother Artists, The Art Place in Philadelphia, Mountainesque Gallery in Alberta, Canada and Tzigane Fine Arts in Havre de Grace, Maryland. On-line, she is featured on About.Com's New York East Village exhibit, Gender Blur, LibidoArt's Classic Gallery and many others. Jaynee was February's Philly Art World's Artist of the Month and the Philadelphia City Paper's Critic's Choice for her exhibit in November, 1999 at the Fetishes Art Gallery. She was awarded the Hannah Price Award in 1994, the Elizabeth Simon Purchase Prize 1988, and the Griff Award in 2001.
